The Big Flood.

As the winter months came to an end spring brought some unexpected events. As the northern states began to warm up, the snow melted and the rivers began to rise. Added to that there were several days of heavy rains and together caused some flooding. The mighty Mississippi River over ran its banks on April 27th. The water poured into downtown Davenport. Here is a short, low quality video showing some of the flooding.

Dr. Jeremai Hafer's Graduation

Well its official, Jeremai is a Doctor. He graduated February 2008 with family and friends at his side.

Graduation ran a little long. This has been a long 4 years in the making. Hunter is obviously exhausted from all the late nights he put in helping his dad pass all of his classes. He decided to recharge his battery on Grandpa Walhovd's lap during the ceremony.
